SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CAM-D Hair ships orders using carriers such as GLS, UPS and DAO. Available carriers and delivery methods may vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery time within Denmark is normally 2–5 business days.

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and, where possible, on the next business day.

Estimated international delivery time is normally 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

All stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available for the selected delivery method, you will receive tracking information by email or through your customer account.

Mandatory consumer rights relating to delayed or failed delivery are not affected by this section.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Customers ordering from outside Denmark are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can lawfully be imported into the destination country.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, local sales taxes, brokerage charges and other fees may be imposed upon arrival.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, these charges are payable by the customer and are not included in the price paid to CAM-D Hair.

Orders shipped to the United States are, unless otherwise stated at checkout, delivered DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms® 2020). This means that the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage or handling fees imposed in connection with importation.

If you refuse to accept a shipment because of customs duties, taxes or other import charges, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Where legally permitted, reasonable costs incurred by CAM-D Hair as a direct result of the refused shipment may be deducted from the refund.
