Return Policy 

We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping on all orders! Please take a moment to review our return policy before placing your order.

Customs & Import Fees

  • Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are determined by your local authorities and are outside of our control.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If your package is returned to CAM-D HAIR due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we will issue you a store credit (excluding shipping fees).

  • You can use this credit to place a new order.

  • Shipping costs will need to be paid again for the replacement order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN:

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The period for the 14 days full right of withdrawal starts on the day the order is delivered.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit your request through your customer account at our website. Once your request has been registered, you will receive a confirmation by email, and you can send your goods return.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original material, hangtags etc.

We do not pick up at parcel shops, so you must send directly to our adress.
It is not possible to return the goods physically at the address.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we cannot handle an exchange and we therefore ask you to return your item as described above. If you want a different item, simply place a new order for the desired item.

THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to CAM-D Hair to assess the condition of the item.
